1. Our service
Mission Ready Motor Company ("we," "us") provides mobile automotive diagnosis, maintenance, and repair at a location you choose. Some repairs require a shop or lift and cannot be performed on site; we will tell you if that's the case.
2. Service area
We serve Palm Beach County, Florida only. We may decline requests outside this area.
4. Work location
You must provide a safe and legal place to work, such as a driveway or a parking lot where repairs are permitted. We may decline or stop work at any location we judge to be unsafe, including roadsides, steep slopes, or areas with traffic hazards, or where property rules prohibit repairs.
5. Estimates and final price
Online price ranges are estimates only. Before any work begins we provide a written, itemized estimate. No work is performed without your written approval. If the work changes or the price would exceed the approved amount by more than [OVERAGE THRESHOLD], we will ask for your approval of a revised estimate first.
6. Customer-supplied parts
We may install parts you supply, but no warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts or on labor related to their failure.
7. Pre-existing conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including worn, rusted, seized, or previously damaged components that fail during normal service procedures.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of use, towing, or rental costs.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
