Contact information (name, phone, email), your service address, your vehicle's VIN and vehicle details, mileage, descriptions of the problem, photos you upload, and records of estimates, approvals, and invoices. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address.
2. Why we collect it
To check that you're in our service area, diagnose your vehicle, prepare estimates, schedule and perform service, communicate with you, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.
3. Services we use
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for VIN decoding, recalls, and complaint data; an artificial-intelligence provider to help prepare internal diagnostic notes; mapping and geocoding services to verify addresses and calculate distance; an email delivery provider; and a secure hosting and database provider. These providers receive only what they need to perform their function.
4. We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep records as long as needed for service, warranty, and legal or tax purposes. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at [EMAIL]. Some records may need to be kept by law.
