Cancellation & Payment Policy

1. Cancelling

Please cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 12:00 PM, let us know by 6:00 AM that day.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments where we arrive and cannot reach you, are charged a $25 fee. This covers the trip out and any parts that were ordered or must be returned.

2. Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete. We accept cash, card, and Zelle. Special-order parts may require payment in advance.

3. Returned parts

You may request that replaced parts be returned to you when you approve your estimate, except parts that must be returned for a core charge or warranty.
